Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how ClientDesk – Client & Project Manager handles information when you use the application.
1. Information Entered Into the App
ClientDesk allows users to enter and manage business-related information, which may include:
- Client names and company details
- Email addresses and phone numbers entered by the user
- Project names, budgets, deadlines, priorities and notes
- Payment and expense records
- Invoices and invoice-related details
- Tasks, reminders and follow-up information
- Time-tracking and productivity records
- Business reports and workspace settings
This information is provided voluntarily by the user for the purpose of organizing their freelance or business workspace.
2. Local Data Storage
ClientDesk stores app data locally on the user's device. The developer does not automatically receive, access or store the user's client, project, payment, task or invoice information on a remote server.
Data may be removed when the user deletes it within the app, clears the app's storage or uninstalls the application.
3. Account Registration
ClientDesk does not require users to create an online account or sign in for its normal offline features.
4. Permissions
ClientDesk may request notification permission so it can display local reminders for:
- Project deadlines
- Tasks and follow-ups
- Payment reminders
- Other reminders created by the user
Notification permission is optional and can be changed from the device's system settings.
5. Exports and Sharing
The app may allow users to export or share information such as reports, invoices or CSV files. Exporting or sharing is initiated by the user.
Once information is shared with another application, email service, cloud provider or recipient, its handling is governed by that third party's privacy practices.
6. Internet Access
The main ClientDesk workspace is designed to function offline. An internet connection may still be required for external services initiated by the user, such as sharing a file through another application.
7. Advertising
ClientDesk may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Google and its advertising partners may process information such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, approximate location, interaction data and diagnostic information, depending on user settings, consent choices and applicable law.

8. Third-Party Services
ClientDesk may rely on standard Android or Google Play components required for app distribution, stability, security or notification functionality. Those services may process limited technical or diagnostic information under their own privacy policies.
9. Data Security
Reasonable measures are used to protect information stored by the app. However, no device, storage method or electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users are responsible for protecting access to their device and any exported files containing business information.
10. Data Retention and Deletion
Locally stored information remains on the device until the user edits or deletes it, clears the app's storage or uninstalls the application.
Because the developer does not maintain a remote user database for the offline workspace, there is generally no server-side account data to request for deletion.
11. Children's Privacy
ClientDesk is a business productivity application and is not directed toward children under the age of 13. The developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when the app's features, data practices or legal requirements change. The updated policy and effective date will be published on this page.
