1. Information we collect

We do not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share personal information through NoteSyncer.

• No name, email, phone number, or account is required.
• No contacts, precise location, camera, microphone, SMS, or payment data is collected.
• No advertising or analytics SDK is included in the current version.

2. Notes and local app data

Notes and related information, including titles, content, categories, tags, colors, pinned status, starred status, archive status, trash status, and reminder times, are saved locally on your device.

We do not have access to this content. Uninstalling the app or clearing app storage may permanently delete local data unless you have exported it separately.

3. Notifications and reminders

The app may use device notifications to show reminders you create. Notification access can be changed at any time in Android system settings.

Reminder processing occurs on your device and reminder content is not sent to us.

4. Exporting and sharing

When you choose to export or share notes, Android may display apps or services installed on your device. The destination you select may process shared content under its own privacy policy.

NoteSyncer never shares notes automatically. Sharing happens only after you intentionally choose an export or share action.

5. Internet access, analytics, and advertising

The current version of NoteSyncer is designed to work offline. It does not contain ads, analytics, cloud sync, or account services.

If a future update changes these practices, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

6. Data retention and deletion

Your notes and app data remain on your device until you delete them, clear the app's storage, or uninstall the app.

Because we do not receive or store your notes on our servers, we cannot remotely access, recover, or delete them.

7. Data security

We reduce privacy risk by keeping app content locally on your device. However, no device or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security on your device.

8. Children's privacy

NoteSyncer is a general productivity tool and is not specifically directed toward children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users.

9. Third-party services

The current version does not integrate advertising, analytics, login, cloud-storage, or social-media SDKs.

Android system features used for notifications or sharing are provided by the device operating system and any apps selected by the user.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when app features or legal requirements change. Any revision will be posted on this page with an updated date.
